HAZY SPACE

Hazy India Pale Ale

Layers of Centennial, Idaho 7, Bravo, Calypso and Citra hops are piled upon a fluffy base of Maris Otter malt, wheat and oats.  Bright citrus, tropical fruit and stonefruit aromas abound, with supporting notes of juicy

pear and piney resin wrapped up in a decidedly hoppy finish.

TRIAL BY FIRE

Imperial Red India Pale Ale

A righteously-hopped Imperial Red IPA, Trial by Fire is built upon a base

of Maris Otter malt blended with a variety of caramel specialty malts and

a dash of chocolate malt for an amber-hued solid malt backbone.  We 

then employed the dank, fruit and pine hop combo of Mosaic, Simcoe and

Falconer's Flight that combine beautifully with the malty caramel notes in

a 10.4% ABV hop whopper.

POMEGRANATE SANCHA

Ale Brewed With Real Honey and Pomegranate

In celebration of the Madera Pomegranate, Fruit, and Nut Festival, we

infused our flagship Honey Blonde Ale with copious amounts of real

pomegranate puree to craft this deliciously fruity and drinkable brew.

BIRTHDAY CAKE

Pastry Stout

This is a rich Chocolate Pastry Stout.  Loads of specialty grains give a

massive starting gravity, with an incredibly sweet finishing point.  Adding

to the flavor is Lanna's Coffee, Cacao Nibs, and Vanilla.  A decadent, rich

drink to enjoy.

GRANDDADDY TERP

West Coast Double India Pale Ale

This ain't your grandpa's IPA!  We took a standard DIPA recipe and 

employed a new strain of yeast engineered by Berkeley Brewing Science

that actually creates hop terpenes during fermentation.  Then we jam

packed the beer with Amarillo hop terpenes, Cryo Simcoe, and Citra hops 

in the dryhop for a faceful of complex citrus, floral and pine hop notes with

every sip.

HOPPOPOTAMUS

New England India Pale Ale

Starting with a super light malt base of Pilsner, oats and wheat, we piled

on a colossal amount of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops for the 

deliciously tropical fruit and zesty citrus notes they provide.  A blend of 

yeasts adds ambrosial layers of stone fruit and pineapple and creates a

decadently soft succulent pint of hop juice.

THE SLICE IS RIGHT

Milkshake India Pale Ale
      With Blood Orange & Tangerine

A succulent hazy IPA built on Citra and Idaho 7 hops is a juiced up with

hundreds of pounds of blood oranges and tangerines.  Balancing the tart

and hoppy is a soft and pillowy body crafted from flaked oats, milk sugar

and vanilla.  The resulting nectar is a deliciously decadent oranges-and-

cream dessert in a can.

THE LAST UNICORN

Peach Sour Ale

We used flaked oats, milk sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans for a 

creamy base, soured it with Lactobacillus for some tart acidity, then

added heaps of juicy peaches and apricots to the end of fermentation.

Notes of toasted bread crust, tart stone fruit and creamy vanilla combine

to evoke memories of a delicious peach cobbler topped with rich ice cream.

COFFEE COW

Coffee Stout

Our friends at Lanna Coffee Co. in Downtown Fresno cold-brewed a 

combination of Thai and Guatemalan beans that we used to craft a variant

of Cowlifornia Milk Stout.  With nearly 5lbs of beans per keg, our rich and

roasty sweet stout is enhanced with smooth coffee notes, flavorful and

aromatic like a delicious cup of morning joe.
